How do I register for the conference?

To register for the conference or to make hotel reservations, click on one of the icons below.

What is the attire for the conference?

For the entire conference and all events, the recommended attire is business casual.

How do I print out a copy of the conference schedule?

When the full schedule is finalized, you may click here for the pdf.

My company is interested in sponsoring, who do I contact?

 I registered for the conference and now I can’t attend. What is your refund policy?

Registrants who cancel in writing by 60 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund. Registrants who cancel after 60 days prior to the conference but before 14 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $150. Absolutely no refunds with 14 days of the conference start date. Substitutions may be made any time. (You may substitute another attendee’s name for your own, please email us at Renata@greenlegalmatters.com).

How many CLE Credits will be given for attending?

Exact hours of CLE won’t be known until the program is finalized. You can check back on this website, or email us at Renata@greenlegalmatters.com.

How do I get to the Conference/Hotel?

Cab from the airport (MSY): 20.00 USD

Airport Shuttle: Fee: 13 USD Contact: (504) 522-3500; Reservation Required. For shuttle service from the airport, tickets can be purchased on the ground level at the airport shuttle ticket desk located across from the baggage claim carousels.

For shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, 24 hour notice must be given and there needs to be at least two passengers.

By Train: The Amtrak Train Station is located at 1001 Loyola Avenue. For schedule and route information, please call 1-800-USA-RAIL.

Parking: If you are traveling by car, a self-parking facility is available at the hotel for $18.00 USD per day.
